ITINERARY
Tuesday, July 22 – Local Airport – Munich
Gather at the NYC Airport for group check-in as you
prepare to embark on your transatlantic journey to Europe. Once onboard, enjoy dinner, a restful overnight flight, and breakfast as you travel across the ocean to your destination.
Wednesday, July 23 – Munich – Westendorf Touch down in Munich, Germany, where your European adventure officially begins. After clearing customs, make your way to the charming village of Westendorf, Austria, nestled in the stunning Alps. Spend the afternoon getting acquainted with the area and participating in your first rehearsal, ending the day with dinner and an overnight stay.
Thursday, July 24 – Westendorf, Austria
After a hearty breakfast at the hotel, the morning will be dedicated to rehearsals, followed by some free time for independent lunch and exploration. In the afternoon, there’s another rehearsal before dinner at Hotel Mesnerwirt, after which you’ll walk to the concert site for a live-streamed evening performance in Westendorf.
Friday, July 25 – Rattenberg & Hintertux Glacier, Austria
Following breakfast, the group will depart Westendorf and head to Rattenberg to witness a captivating glass-blowing exhibition and explore the town. The journey continues to Hintertux Glacier for an afternoon of scenic views, concluding with dinner and an evening concert before returning to Westendorf for an overnight stay.
Saturday, July 26 – Munich & Rothenburg ob der Tauber, Germany
Begin the day with breakfast and a check-out from Westendorf hotels before departing for Munich, where you’ll enjoy some free time in the Marienplatz area. After lunch, visit the Dachau Concentration Camp Memorial, then travel to Rothenburg ob der Tauber for check-in, dinner, and a guided evening walking tour of the town.
Sunday, July 27 – Rothenburg ob der Tauber & Dinkelsbühl, Germany
After breakfast, spend the day exploring the medieval charm of Rothenburg at your own pace, with opportunities for sightseeing and shopping. In the evening, enjoy dinner at the hotel in concert attire, followed by a performance in the town square and an overnight stay in nearby Dinkelsbüh
Monday, July 28 – Heidelberg, Germany & Strasbourg, France
Check out of the hotel after breakfast and depart for Heidelberg, where you’ll have time for lunch and sightseeing. The afternoon will be spent traveling to Strasbourg, where you’ll enjoy dinner on your own before viewing the stunning Cathedral Light Show and settling in for the night at the Hilton Strasbourg.
Tuesday, July 29 – Haut-Königsbourg & Wisches, France
After breakfast, the day starts with a visit to Haut-Königsbourg Castle, followed by free time for lunch and exploring in the picturesque village of Ribeauville. The day concludes with a concert at Eglise Saint-Antoine de Wisches and a return to Strasbourg for an overnight stay.
Wednesday, July 30 – Basel, Switzerland & Engelberg, Switzerland
Start the day with breakfast before departing for a scenic Rhine River tour near Basel, followed by lunch. In the afternoon, the group will travel to Engelberg for hotel check-in, with the evening featuring a special alphorn performance and an overnight stay in Engelberg, Switzerland.
Thursday, July 31 – Lucerne & Engelberg, Switzerland
The morning begins with breakfast and free time in Engelberg, followed by a trip to Lucerne for lunch and an afternoon Mass performance at Jesuit Church. The day ends with a return to Engelberg for a farewell dinner and an overnight stay.
Friday, August 1 – Zurich, Switzerland
Check out early in the morning and depart for Zurich Airport with a bagged breakfast, where you’ll board your flight for your journey home. Arrival at JFK Airport in New York, marking the end of your tour and a safe return home.
