Monday,June 23 – US Transatlantic Flight – MUNICH
Group departure on transatlantic flight to Europe. Once onboard, enjoy dinner, a restful overnight flight, and breakfast as you travel across the ocean to your destination.
Tuesday, June 24 – MUNICH – WESTENDORF
Touch down in Munich, Germany, where your European adventure officially begins. After clearing customs, make your way to the charming village of Westendorf, Austria, nestled in the stunning Alps. Spend the afternoon getting acquainted with the area and participating in your first rehearsal, ending the day with dinner and an overnight stay.
Wednesday, June 25—WESTENDORF
We start our day with a leisurely breakfast in Westendorf, followed by a morning rehearsal and free time to explore independently. After an afternoon rehearsal, enjoy a dinner at Hotel Mesnerwirt before walking to the concert site for a live stream performance from Westendorf. The night will be spent comfortably in our hotels in Westendorf.
Thursday, June 26—RATTENBERG—HINTERTUX
This morning we head to Rattenberg for a glass-blowing exhibition and free time to explore local shops. Afterward, we transfer to the Hintertux Glacier where you will experience the 3-tiered Gondola to to the top of the mountain. Following your visit, we will travel to the local village for dinner and a concert at a local concert site. We then return to Westendorf for the night.
Friday, June 27 – MUNICH—ROTHENBERG
Breakfast in Westendorf precedes our departure to Munich, arriving at Marienplatz for independent lunch and exploring. We then proceed to the Dachau Memorial for a sobering visit before heading to Rothenberg ob der Tauber, and enjoying a group dinner and a walking tour in the evening.
Saturday, June 28—ROTHENBERG
A free day in Rothenberg allows for personal sightseeing and shopping in this medieval town. We will gather for dinner in concert attire and walk to the concert spot in the Town Square for a performance.
Sunday, June 29—HEDELBERG—STRASBOURG
After breakfast and check-out, we travel to Heidelberg for some free time before continuing to Strasbourg. Upon arrival, we will have dinner on our own and view the Cathedral light show this evening before transferring to your hotel for the night.
Monday, June 30—STRASBOURG—RIBEAUVILLE
We start with breakfast in Strasbourg before heading to Haut Königsbourg Castle for a visit. Following this, we continue to Ribeauville for lunch and free time before your local concert. This evening we will perform in a local venue. Return to Strasbourg for an overnight stay.
Tuesday, July 1—ENGELBERG
Departing Strasbourg early, we embark on a Rhine River tour near Basel and enjoy independent lunch there. In the afternoon, we travel to Engelberg, check into our hotels, and this evening will have to dinner on your own after a short Alphorn presentation in the town center. Overnight in Engelberg.
Wednesday, July 2—ENGELBERG—LUCERNE
After breakfast, we enjoy a free morning in Engelberg before boarding a coach to Lucerne. After some time in Lucerne, we return to Engelberg for a concert and a farewell dinner on Mount Brunni. Our final night is spent in Engelberg.
Thursday, July 3—FLIGHT HOME
Our journey concludes with an early departure from Engelberg to Zurich Airport. We board our Flight and return to the United States.
